These Terms & Conditions are between you and Hiury Cseh (“we”, “us”, “the seller”) for the use of the Strawberry Treats digital recipe pack and related tools.
By accessing, purchasing or using the product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment processing, tax collection, invoicing and first-line customer service inquiries related to billing, refunds and returns.
Strawberry Treats is a digital product that includes recipe guides, an interactive profit calculator, a shopping list tool, packaging guidance and selling tips. Access is granted after a successful one-time payment and remains available to the purchasing account for as long as the product is offered.
You may use the product for personal, non-commercial learning and for preparing treats to sell, subject to applicable local food and business laws. You must not:
All content, recipes, images, text, code and branding remain the property of Hiury Cseh. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own purposes. It does not grant ownership or resale rights.
The product is sold as a one-time payment of €14.90. Payment, billing, tax collection, refund requests and related buyer support are handled by Paddle under their Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
We do not guarantee that the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content is provided for educational and illustrative purposes. Your results depend on your own skill, ingredients, costs and local market.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud, security risk or repeated policy violations.
The product is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil, where permitted by law.
